• During his service tenure, Mr. Tolani worked in various departments of Mechanical & Hydraulics, Engineering. The work is mainly related to design/development of hydraulic and associated industrial and handling equipment.
• He worked from 1978 to 1992 with various reputed names, some of them includes M/s HEG Ltd., Mandideep, M.P. Laghu Udyog Nigam Ltd., Bhopal, Hindustan Motors Ltd., Uttarpara & Pithampur, C.C. Power Hydraulics Pvt. Ltd., Pithampur. His self employment period starts from 1992, when he established a SSI unit of M/s Pragya Hydro Equipments in Pithampur.
• Apart from M/s Pragya Hydro Equipments, he is currently working as the promoter cum Director of three more companies, namely.

Activities He has been uninterruptedly involved in bringing up the requisite change in the design, development & manufacturing of Hydraulic & Industrial Equipments for CR/HR steel mill, Sheet Galvanizing Plants, Solvent Extraction Plants, Tube Mill, Saw Pipe Plants for Engineering & Automobile Industry. This dedication leads him for great achievements throughout the process and span of time.
